This website and app at vidakai.org (the "Service") is operated by Bogdan Vidak, trading as VidakAI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Bogdan Vidak, trading as VidakAI. Contact: support@vidakai.org.
By creating an account, signing in or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 18 or older to hold an account, or have a parent or guardian manage it for you; if you use the Service on behalf of a club you confirm you have authority to do so.
The Service is club management software for football clubs, players, parents and staff: squads, training and attendance, fixtures, line-ups, documents, kit, messaging, player reviews and online payment of club and membership fees.
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not misuse the Service, including:
Bogdan Vidak, trading as VidakAI owns the Service and all its intellectual property, including software, design, documentation and the VidakAI name and branding. Club names, crests and sponsor marks belong to their owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Content you upload stays yours; you let us host and process it only to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund policy.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid through the Service in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
